This page explains how to exercise your data-protection rights with YESHE, whether you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, California or anywhere else.
1. Your Rights at a Glance
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: fix inaccurate profile or address details.
- Export: receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Deletion: ask us to erase your data when we no longer need it.
- Objection and restriction: object to processing based on legitimate interests, or pause processing while a dispute is resolved.
- Withdraw consent: unsubscribe from marketing at any time with one click.
- Non-discrimination: exercising these rights never affects the price or availability of our products.
2. How to Make a Request
Send your request through the Contact page using the email linked to your order or account. Tell us which right you want to exercise. We verify identity where necessary to protect your data.
3. Response Times
We confirm receipt within 72 hours and respond in full within 30 calendar days, as required under GDPR. Simple requests are usually handled much faster.
4. What We May Retain
Even after deletion we may keep the minimum records required by tax, accounting and fraud-prevention laws, for the statutory retention period only. Anything else is erased or anonymised.
5. No Sale of Data
We never sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
6. Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority. If you are unhappy with our response, tell us first - we will work to fix it.
7. Contact
